BBD Hall of Fame To make the first edition of Bitgesell Burning Day (BBD) a fun, impactful and memorable experience, Lux from Coinmarketcap, BGL World from X and Cubototal from Telegram, they decided to create the Bitgesell Hall of Fame (BHF), associated with the main event of Bitgesell Burning Day. The Bitgesell Hall of Fame will be a web mention (on Pinterest, the Bitgesell blog and Medium), honoring the top Bitgesell burners who burn a minimum of 1,000 coins during the first edition of Bitgesell Burning Day. These individuals or big souls will be remembered and featured permanently on The BGL Hall of Fame. This reference amount will decrease by 50% each year if the Hall of Fame continues in future editions. Currently, 1,000 coins represent 0.15% of the coins mined between 2024 and 2025 (12.5 x 52,500 = 656,250 BGL) and 0.0051% of the total Bitgesell supply, after deducting the coins burned in the last 54 months.
